Estado de Tennessee

Estado de Tennessee
Tennessee contains several distinct regions: the rocky Blue Ridge area, which includes the Great Smoky Mountains; the ‘Ridge and Valley’ region in which numerous rivers flow into the Tennessee; the Great Valley (the western section of the Tennessee River); the flat-top mountains of the Cumberland Plateau; the Highland Rim, the elevated plateau around the Nashville Basin and the rich, fertile farm country of Nashville; and the great Coastal Plain. Major outputs for tennessee include textiles, cotton, cattle, and electrical power. Memphis and Nashville have world-renowned hospitals, and facilities located in Murfressboro, Kingston, and Knoxville are right behind, making this state an excellent choice for a travel nurse. Medical Travelers Inc. is able to provide good contracts throughout the state. With over thirty colleges, educational opportunities abound. Many new residents come for the strong musical traditions (there’s Graceland, Dollywood, and Loretta Lynn’s Dude Ranch), but almost any kind of recreation can be found here. Many visitors enjoy the Elephant Hanging site, the Salt and Pepper Shaker museum, the Forbidden Caverns, and the Lost Sea Cave.

FLAG

FLAG
Mountains in the east, highlands in the middle and lowlands in the west. On the flag these regions are bound together in an unbroken circle. The field is crimson with a blue background for the stars. The final blue strip relieves the sameness of the crimson field and prevents the flag from showing too much crimson when it is limp.
